We've made the fragment after effects template easier than ever to customise, the template now makes use of Essential Graphics in After Effects (requires version 15+), so you can now change the text, colours, and other options right from the essential graphics panel!
The main titles and lower thirds have all been exported as Motion Graphics templates, this means you can create and edit titles from right within Premiere via the Essential Graphics Panel.
